As the former Managing Editor of Environment and Society: Advances in Research (Berghahn) and Gastronomica: The Journal of Critical Food Studies (University of California Press) I coordinated the publication of new scholarship in the environmental social sciences and critical food studies, two overlapping worlds that inform my own research and teaching.
